How do I upload a document?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, then select "Upload Document". You can choose PDF files from your device or iCloud.

What file types are supported?

MindSparkle currently supports PDF documents. We're working on adding support for more file types including Word documents and images.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Manage Subscription, or manage it directly through your App Store settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your documents are encrypted and processed securely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

The AI summary doesn't look right. What should I do?

Try regenerating the summary by tapping the refresh button. If the issue persists, the document may have complex formatting. Contact support for assistance.
